Check in: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Taxes: City of Ojai occupancy tax of 10% will be added to the prices listed.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your reservation, you must contact us 72
hours prior to your scheduled check-in time or you will be charged for your
entire reservation. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION REQUESTS LEFT ON
VOICEMAIL. If you do not contact us and
you do not show up on the first day
of your reservation, we do not guarantee
room availability if you arrive on
subsequent days. We do not make any
exceptions to this policy.
Late Check-In: Please telephone us
in advance if you will check in after
6:00 PM so we can accommodate you.
Lost Keys: If key(s) issued to guest
are not returned upon checkout, a
minimum $35 fee will be charged.
Damage And Theft: The room and its
contents will be assessed after each
stay. Any damage or theft will be charged to the guest.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking.
Any evidence of in-room smoking will
result in a cleaning fee.
Pets: Pets are welcome.
