Cancellation Policy: You must contact us 72 hours prior to your scheduled check-in time
or you will be charged one night’s room & tax WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION REQUESTS
LEFT ON VOICEMAIL. If you no show on the first day of your reservation, we do not guarantee
room availability if you arrive on subsequent days.
We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

Late Check-In: Please telephone us in advance if you will check in after 9:00 PM so we can accommodate you.

Damage And Theft: The room and its contents will be assessed after each stay. Any damage or theft will be charged to the guest.

Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Any evidence of in-room smoking will result in a cleaning fee of $100- $250.

Pets: Pets are welcome but there is a cleaning fee of $20.00 per stay.
